Reservation Information

A reservation is “preliminary” to a formal Real Estate Purchase Contract and requires a $500, refundable deposit. A reservation is not specific to any lot or house plan, but holds your place in line to enter into a formal contract later this fall, at which time you would select floor plans, finishes, etc.

Reservations are being taken for single family homes with views, stucco exteriors, landscaped front yards, granite countertops, and much more for $169,900.
